Best Rate Guarantee
Booking via our website you can feel secure you are getting the best rate available on the market.
Should you source a lower published rate on-line for the same type of room and booking conditions on the day of booking, we will match that rate and discount it by a further 10%.
For a claim to be valid under this guarantee, please check all terms and conditions listed here and submit your claim to firstname.lastname@example.org .
If on the day you make your reservation you find a lower published and available internet room rate for the same hotel and same number of persons, room and bed type with taxes included please book this room.
Send the booking confirmation together with the website address where you found the lower rate to email@example.com on that same day. If possible, please include a screen shot of the room type and rate. We will review your claim and reply within one working day.
Should the claim be valid, we will amend the room rate that you pay on departure to include a further 10% discount.
The Guarantee does not apply to the following rate types:
- rates that are not publicly available, such as negotiated corporate or group rates;
- discount rates offered exclusively to members of groups or individuals who meet previously specified criteria, including ACC and EBA member rates and members of the Premier Club;
- package rates that include room accommodation and other non-standard components such as travel, car hire, entertainment, and/or meals (other than breakfast);
- rates negotiated for stays extending beyond 30 days;
